Mark Renshaw

Mark Renshaw, known as one of the best lead-out men in the business, has been Cav’s last man in-line for a large majority of the Manxman’s victories. In his own right, Renshaw has racked up 12 pro wins during his 12 year career thus far. As a junior and senior track world champion, the Australian has always possessed raw speed which was pretty devastating for rival teams going up against the Cav-Renshaw combo.

Riding for Africa’s Team, Renshaw will primarily be doing what he has done best, leading out Cav. His wealth of experience though will be an asset to our debuting World Tour team. The 34 year old has had success in the winds of the Tour of Qatar, the tough French roads of Tro-Bro Leon and the rain at the Tour of Britain. In 2017 his expertise against the elements will be a valuable resource for our African riders. And maybe he’ll even be able to add another win to his own palmarès.
