Nathan Haas

Nathan Haas is a 27 year professional rider who hails from Brisbane, Australia. Nathan started his cycling career as a mountain biker, representing Australia at 2 World Championships before switching over to road racing in 2009. Nathan turned pro in 2012 after a successful 2011 season which saw him win the Herald Sun Tour and the Japan Cup.

Nathan is a colourful character on and off the bike, his vocal and guitar skills spring to mind, and his qualities as an all rounder have seen him flourish at week long stage races. His most prestigious victory to date would most likely be the overall win of the 2012 Tour of Britain. His attacking riding style has also served him well at some tough single day events, a 2 time winner of the Japan Cup and some strong rides during the Ardennes classics as testament to this fact. Nathan was a key addition to our African Team and added much depth to our 2016 lineup. He came 5th on stage 4 of the Vuelta a Espana, 5th and 6th in the Canadian World Tour races, and won stage 4 of the Vuelta a Burgos.
